(TTWO) (the “Company”) announced today that the underwriters for the recently completed public offering of the Company’s 1.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2018 (the “Notes”) exercised in full their option to purchase an additional $37.5 million principal amount of the Company’s Notes on July 12, 2013. The sale of these additional Notes closed today, which increases the total principal amount of the Notes sold by the Company in this offering to $287.5 million.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC were the underwriters for the offering.

Maxthon, a cloud-based browser, today released a new version of its Windows browser that uses a revolutionary new microprocessor from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), significantly reducing power consumption while offering superior video performance. AMD’s new Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) leverages new technology to make transactions between the graphics processing unit (GPU) and the central processing unit (CPU) faster and more energy-efficient than ever before.

The GPU handles the processing of rich media including graphics and video, while the CPU manages the heavy lifting of analytical and logic-based functions. Jakarta (ANTARA News) – Following the release of Firefox 22 two days ago, Mozilla announced the Firefox Beta update, with version 23, on the desktop and Android.

As reported by TheNextWeb, Wednesday, Firefox Beta 23 is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The biggest addition is the function of sharing new Mozilla.

Firefox beta has a new Share button and the panel for the application programming interfaces (Application Program Interface / API) social. In other words, developers can let users share content with friends with one click (Facebook users, for instance, can use it to share content directly from Firefox).

In addition, Firefox Social API now open to all developers who are interested in integrating their services to the website or the Mozilla browser.

This feature was first comes back in Firefox 17 in November 2012, is integrated with Facebook in December 2012, and then expanded to support providers with Firefox 21 in May this year.

In short, social API lets you keep up with the latest social events without having to switch to a new tab. Mozilla developed the “activation of social services and providers that integrate directly into Firefox where users can search for content or websites in person”. So now any developer can participate.

Aside from the slew of changes and enhancements in the regular Windows 8.1 Preview edition, Windows 8.1 Enterprise Preview also includes features uniquely designed for business customers. Windows 8.1 Enterprise Preview adds business-friendly elements like Direct Acess, and BranchCache. It also provides IT admins with the power to configure and lock down the Start screen on Windows 8 clients.

Microsoft also has tools in Windows 8.1 Enterprise Preview to help out with BYOD and virtualization: Windows To Go, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
